The Rajya Nidhi follows strict eligibility, implementation, and disbursement rules to ensure fairness, transparency, and targeted support. These include:

• Only residents of Uttar Pradesh with benchmark disabilities (40% or above) are eligible for assistance.
• The applicant must submit a valid disability certificate, Aadhaar, and bank details.
• Assistance will be granted only for activities/situations covered under the 8 notified schemes.
• Applications must be submitted either online or through the District Social Welfare Office.
• A District-Level Screening Committee, chaired by the District Magistrate, will evaluate applications.
• Financial assistance is one-time per activity, unless otherwise specified.
• Preference is given to economically weaker sections and those not already availing benefits under other schemes.
• The State Committee headed by the Director may review and approve/reject applications based on merit and availability of funds.
